          I. CREATIVE EXAM IN THE SPECIALTY


The solo program should show the applicant's performing competencies.

Program execution:

1. An old aria;

2. Aria from operas by foreign, Russian and Kazakh composers;

3. Kazakh folk song.

36-50 Excellent:

Bright vocal data, sense of style, musicality, high culture of performance, artistry, pure intonation.

21-35 Good:

The performance of the program is meaningful, stylistically sustained and the author's text is accurately read, but at the same time the performer does not possess vocal and technical freedom, the performance does not differ in the variety of performance.

5-20 Satisfactory:

Poor understanding of the style and content of the compositions performed, insufficient command of expressive means, and musical intonation (intonation, hearing, phrasing, rhythm).

0-4 Unsatisfactory:

Lack of endurance, initiative, rhythmic will, very poor command of vocal, technical and artistic means, impure intonation, non-compliance of the program with the required level for admission.


ІІ. CREATIVE EXAM

IN MUSIC-THEORETICAL DISCIPLINES


         Elementary music theory – orally by tickets: construct and determine diatonic intervals and chords from sound and in key (from 2 to 5 key signs of major and minor), checking the sense of rhythm. Reading from a sheet of a textbook number on solfeggio.

Solfeggio is a (written) – one voice dictation of a diatonic warehouse with passing and chromatic sounds in the form of a period.

36-50 Excellent:

Absolutely correct dictation recording; deep knowledge of the topics of the course of elementary music theory; accurate and fast definition of an interval or chord; accurate and clear repetition of a rhythmic pattern; reading from a sheet at a good pace, clear intonation, accurate definition of tonality.

21-35 Good:

The presence of insignificant pitch and rhythmic errors in dictation; good knowledge of the topics of the theoretical course of music theory; small delays in determining the interval or chord; reading from a sheet with rare stops, inaccuracies in intonation.

5-20 Satisfactory:

Significant mistakes in writing dictation; poor knowledge of the topics of the theoretical course of elementary music theory; inaccurate definition of intervals and chords; uncertain reading from a sheet.

0-4 Unsatisfactory:

Lack of dictation writing skills; low level of knowledge of the topics of the theoretical course of elementary music theory; lack of reading skills from a sheet.
