A creative meeting with a famous screenwriter

Students had a creative meeting with a famous producer, journalist, screenwriter Nazgul Sarybay today at Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory. The event was organized by the Art Management Department.

Nazgul Sarybai is a screenwriter of the RK state holidays events, a member of the Union of Journalists. During the conversation, the guest told the students about the secrets of writing a right script, the “tricks” that she uses in her work as well as about the super projects features. In addition, she spoke about the projects that she led herself. For example, the "Kui Keruen" event held in 2007 on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of Sugir kuishi, "Aynalaiyn, Halkymnan Erkeletken" (Almaty, 2012) dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the People's Artist of the USSR, People's Hero of Kazakhstan Roza Baglanova, Astana Akimat Charity Ball (Nur- Sultan, December 29, 2016), a festive concert dedicated to the City Day with the participation of the Head of the state, N.A.Nazarbayev (Palace of Independence, Nur-Sultan, 2019), concert performance "Aqikat pen Anyz" dedicated to the Defender of the Fatherland Day (Nur -Sultan, 2021) etc.

Nazgul Sarybay answered such questions in detail as: “How to write a successful script for a concert?", "Immutable laws of writing a screenplay", "Screenplay writing techniques" etc.

It is required to read a lot of good literature, be thoughtful and reasonable in order to become a good screenwriter. “Thought is a "living cloud" words must rain from”, she said.
