A Gift from the Composer Stefano Corvino (Luxembourg)
Composer Stefano Corvino (Luxembourg) has gifted his String Trio for viola, violin, and cello to the students and faculty of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory.
The Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory received the 42nd, 43rd, and 44th numbered author’s copies of the score from an edition of one hundred. These scores are intended for non-commercial use by students and teaching staff, including educational purposes and performances at exams and student concerts.
Additionally, Stefano Corvino included detailed composer’s notes that provide an introduction, the history of the work's creation, and suggestions for performing various sections of the score, which contain valuable advice and recommendations for performers. These notes will help musicians better understand the author's intent and achieve the most accurate and expressive performance of each part of the piece.
