A New Educational-Methodical Manual: «Galia Moldakarimova Performs» is Published

A new educational-methodological manual of the Professor of Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory, Galiya Moldakarimova was published. The book’s name is "Galiya Moldakarimova performs". Galiya Abil-Akimovna dedicated this manual to her mentor, Honored Teacher of the Republic of Kazakhstan, veteran of the Great Patriotic War, Dosymzhan Kuzenovich.

The teaching aid is intended for students of music schools, music colleges, students of the conservatory as well as for everyone who wants to enrich their concert and pedagogical repertoire. It presents a number of new works by foreign and Kazakh composers in the compiler's interpretation with musical-methodological and performing recommendations for a kobyz player. Audio recordings of all works performed on kobyz by the compiler of this collection are attached.

Moldakarimova, Galiya Abil-Akimovna for her merits in the development of performing arts and promotion of Kazakh professional music was awarded the honorary titles "Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and "People's Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan", she was awarded “Parasat” Order, granted academic ranks in specialty of Art History, Professor of Art History.

Galiya Abil-Akimovna received an elite music education at Kulyash Baiseitova Specialized Music School for Gifted Children and Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory in the class of an outstanding teacher-innovator, creator of an upgraded four-string kobyz and a new kobyz school, Honored Teacher of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tezekbayev, Dossymzhan Kuzenovich.
