A Solemn Ceremony was Held with the Participation of the Minister

Before the Nauryz spring holiday of the renewal, a special solemn event was held at Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory. It is symbolic that a significant event in the life of the creative academic institution took place right before the Nauryz holiday which is considered a symbol of the vernal equinox. The award ceremony was attended by the composer's widow Mrs.Clara, Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Dauren Abaev, Vice Minister, Nurgis Daueshev, leading figures of Kazakh art Asanali Ashimov, Nurgali Nusipzhanov, Zhania Aubakirova and heads of leading academic institutions in Kazakhstan.

The principles of the team led by Rector Arman Zhudebayev are the preservation, development and popularization of the traditional musical heritage, providing future professional musicians with a world-class quality education, developing competitiveness among students and cultivating respect for traditions and customs, reviving the national ideology, strengthening the independence of the state. After all, professional musical education largely determines the future of the spiritual culture of our people.

Student creative groups and soloists of the Conservatory demonstrating high results on the stage of such countries as Italy, France, Uzbekistan and Belarus, delighted all those present with their bright performances on this special day.
