A «Zhyrshylyktyn manisi» musical evening was held, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Nauryzbek Nurzhaubayuly

Today the conservatory hosted a «Zhyrshylyktyn manisi» musical evening dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Nauryzbek Nurzhaubayuly, a prominent representative of the zhyrau tradition, Beskal. The event was held by Teachers of the Folk Singing Department in F.Chopin chamber hall.
Songs performed by Honored Workers of Kazakhstan Saule Zhanpeisova and Aigul Kosanova, Higher Achiever of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Armat Islamgaliev, Elza Karabalina and Zhanargul Sarkenova, laureates of republican contests, Kunkozha Kairulla and Venera Karzhaubaeva sounded on the stage. The host of the concert was the Teacher of the Folk Singing Department, Master of Arts, Kunkozha Kairulla, nephew of Nauryzbek Zhyrau.
Among the invited guests were well-known zhyrshy singers Erkinbai Babakulov, Amankos Sadykov, Abai Nauryzbekuly, Amanzhol Esmyrzaev, Tilek Bazarov, Zharmedet Turgali, Amina Gaynedinova and Albina Sabyrova.

The audience highly appreciated the works of folk art performed by the artists who proved that the work of the great Zhyrshy continues to remain in the memory of the people.
