Introductory Meeting with Students
On August 26, 2024, a send-off meeting was held at the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory for second- and third-year students from the "Musicology and Composition", "Conducting" and "String Instruments" Departments.
As part of the academic mobility program, these students will be studying at the Vigo Higher Music Conservatory (Vigo, Spain), the N. A. Rimsky-Korsakov Saint Petersburg State Conservatory (Saint Petersburg, Russia), and the Akademia Muzyczna im. Krzysztofa Pendereckiego w Krakowie (Kraków, Poland).
At the meeting, Vice-Rector for Academic and Educational and Methodological work G. Abdirakhman and staff from the International Department wished the students success in their upcoming studies. They emphasized the importance of this experience for both their professional development and the strengthening of cultural ties between Kazakhstan and other countries.
The administration and faculty expressed confidence that the students would successfully meet the challenges ahead and proudly represent the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory abroad.
