Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Dauren Abaev Visited the Conservatory

Today, the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Dauren Abayev accompanied by Vice Minister Nurgisa Daueshev paid a working visit to Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory.

The guests were shown the premises of the A and B study buildings as well as concert halls of the conservatory where a major overhaul was recently completed. During the meeting, the leadership and teachers spoke about the most important milestones of the university, the most important achievements, emphasizing that today the conservatory is a developing university that preserves and enhances the best traditions of the national school of higher professional music education. Having familiarized himself with the results of the repair works, the condition of the A and B buildings, the Minister D.Abayev positively assessed the works completed.

Rector of the Conservatory, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Arman Zhudebaev provided information regarding the educational process and shared his plans for the further development of the Conservatory. The Conservatory teachers had the opportunity to directly ask the minister their concerns regarding the development of professional music in Kazakhstan as well as share their vision of solving some critical problems.

It should be noted that yesterday, the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Dauren Abayev arrived in Almaty. As part of the working visit, he intends to get familiarized with the work of a number of subordinate organizations and sports facilities.
