The «Art-Management» Olympiad has ended

The results of the XIV Republican Subject Olympiad in the «Art-Management» specialty which took place on April 4-5, have been announced.

The art of the Kazakh people takes root and develops in various historical eras and social groups. In this regard, the importance of research in the field of management and marketing is gaining special relevance every day. With the growth of demand and need, the issue of training personnel for this area is on the agenda.

In the XIV Republican Olympiad in the "Art-Management" specialty the jury was represented by the following members: Chairman: Sholpan Serikteskyzy Batyrbayeva - Director, General Producer of the Satti Media production studio; Jury members: Gulnar Tazabekkyzy Zhumaseitova - Candidate of Art History, Professor, Head of the Department of Art and Art-Management of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, member of the International Association of Theater Critics;

Evfrat Bagdatuly Imambek - Ph.D., socioanthropologist, professor of Kurmangazy KNC, PMI certified trainer (Project Management Institute, NY, DC, USA), Art-Management on The Creative Industries, Chairman of the Guild of Art Critics of Kazakhstan; Sagatbek Slambekuly Kaliyev - Head of the "Art Management" Department, PhD Candidate of Art History, cultural worker, outstanding TV worker, senior lecturer; Secretary: Bauyrzhan Duisenuly Bekmukhanbetov - teacher, Master of Art History.

15 students from 4 universities took part in the contest, including the following:

1) Kazakh National University of Arts - 1 student;

2) Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory - 6 students;

3) Kazakh National Academy of Arts - 5 students.

4) T.Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Choreography - 3 students.

Here there is a list of students presented for diploma awarding by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who received high ratings based on the results of the Olympiad:

1st prize (I-degree Diploma):

· ALUA TULEUTAYEVA - 2nd year student of Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory.

2nd prize (II-degree Diploma):

· ALI BATKHAN, AIZHAN SOLTANBEK, AZHAR IKLASOVA - 1st and 2nd year students of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography.

· YERGAZY KAIYKBAY - 3rd year student of Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory.

3rd prize (III-degree Diploma):

· ZHUBANYSH NURZHAN - 1st year student of Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory.

· AZHAR RAKISHEVA -1st year student of Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory.

· TOMIRIS ILIYASOVA – 1st year student of T.Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts.

List of diploma holders:

Asylzat Almas, Aruzhan Davletzhanova, Edil Eren, Raushan Kimran, Azhar Ilyas, Arzhan Sagyn, Sabina Baiborikizy. The mentors of the students and members of the jury were presented with Appreciation Letters.

The projects submitted for defense touched upon various areas of art management. The students' answers reflected the problems associated with the influence of market relations on the art industry, considered various aspects of this process and the social problems arising from it.
