The Vice-Rector M.Eshmukhanov called on the audience to refrain from gambling and acquiring bank loans. “Today, “easy money” has become a trend among young people. They know how to lure friends, acquaintances and relatives into dubious deals. They are misled, deceived and involved in debt dependence.
