The Teaching Staff of the Conservatory Returned from an Internship in Florence and Antalya
The teaching staff of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory, Aizhan Bekenova, Bayan Igilik, Aigerim Ospanova, and Kamila Yesdauletova, returned from the Libera Accademia di Belle Arti Firenze (Florence, Italy), and Raushan Malayeva from Akdeniz Üniversitesi (Antalya, Turkey), where they completed a scientific internship under the "500 Scientists" program from March 4 to May 31, 2024.
During the lectures and seminars conducted by the professors at LABA, topics such as pedagogical innovations in management, qualitative and quantitative research, and digital technologies in the creative industries were discussed. The teaching staff participated in workshops, discussions, and a roundtable on "Teaching and Learning in Creative Industries," where they discussed various practices in teaching and learning at universities under the educational program "Creative Art Industry."
At the lectures at Akdeniz Üniversitesi, they studied visual and cultural identity of art spaces, communication technologies, art history, econometric foundations of project design in the art industry, basics of design in the Turkish art market, and graphic design in art management. R. Malayeva participated in organizing international roundtables and seminars on topics such as "Modern Teaching Methods in Art Management," "Culture Development in an Unstable Environment," and "Uluslararasi Antalya Dostluk Festivali." At the end of the internship, a working curriculum was developed for the new course "Communications in the Creative Sphere."
The "500 Scientists" program provided the Conservatory's teachers with the opportunity to become acquainted with the principles of higher education, cultural identity, and technological achievements at leading universities around the world, as well as conduct academic research on modern educational methods in the field of art.
