University of Reading Announces the Opening of a Contest for the Best Startup Ideas in the Creative Industry
The Kazakh-British Technical University and Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory in cooperation with Henley Business School, the University of Reading within the framework of the Creative Spark program (British Council) announces the opening of a contest for the best startup ideas in the creative industry.
The contest is part of the project: Creative Enterprise Hub in Kazakhstan funded by the British Council. The main goal of the project is to develop the first Creative Enterprise Hub in the Central Asia which aims to develop a sustainable ecosystem for supporting the creative industry and startup culture in the region.
The contest is open in the following areas:
- Advertising and marketing
- Architecture
- Arts and crafts
- Design
- Cinema
- Information and telecommunications, software and computer services
- Publishing
- Cinema
- Museums, galleries and libraries:
- Music, performing and visual arts.
In case you have a business idea that can potentially become a startup within the above areas, we are waiting for your applications! Application may be submitted in Russian/Kazakh and English (required).
The final submission date is February 21, 2021 (23:59 of Nur-Sultan time). Applications received after this deadline will not be considered.
