2. Work Experience:

  1. 1998 – Lecturer at the Department of Informatics, Tashkent Institute of Automobile and Roads;

  2. 2004 – Lecturer in Mathematics at the “Daryn” Social and Humanitarian Institute;

  3. Since 2003 – Lecturer at the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines, Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory;

  4. Since 2008 – Lecturer at the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines, Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory;

  5. Since September 2016 – Associate Professor at the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines, Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory;

3. Job Responsibilities:

  1. In cooperation with the relevant departments and officials of the higher education institution, develops a draft work plan for the Academic Council and ensures the timely approval of work plans;

  2. Organizes and prepares the meetings of the Academic Council;

  3. Formulates the agenda for the Academic Council meetings;

  4. Takes minutes of the Academic Council meetings and ensures their approval within 5 days after the meeting;

  5. Prepares extracts from the minutes of the Academic Council meetings on relevant issues;

  6. Prepares and formalizes the decisions of the Academic Council for approval;

  7. Provides instructions and requests necessary information from university staff on all areas related to the activities of the Academic Council;

  8. Monitors the implementation of protocol assignments and decisions of the Academic Council, and ensures proper documentation in cooperation with the records management department;

  9. Notifies the Chair in advance in case members are unable to attend an Academic Council meeting.
