The main tasks of the HR Department are:

1. Organising the process of selection, placement, development, training and effective use of the Conservatory's staff;

2. formation of a corporate culture of anti-corruption;
   

3. creation of the personnel reserve and work with it;
   

4. organisation of the personnel accounting system in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
   

5. achieving key performance indicators of its processes;
   

6. monitoring and analysing the management system within the competence of its processes according to the requirements of ISO management standards, and providing this data to the Conservatory's management;
   

7. implementation of management policy in the field of quality management, anti-corruption and other effective management systems;
   

8. achieving departmental improvement objectives, in the areas of quality management management systems, anti-corruption management systems and other systems implemented in the Conservatoire.
