The main tasks of the financial and economic department are:
1. Organization and systematic improvement of planning and economic work in the Conservatory, ensuring the development and control of the implementation of perspective and current plans;
2. Planning the volume of purchases of goods and services based on requests from the Conservatory's divisions;
3. Efficient and targeted use of budgetary funds, preparation of proposals, justifications and calculations of costs for the current and next year;
4. Maintaining accounting records in accordance with the requirements of current legislation;
5. Organization and improvement of labor planning, forms and systems of labor remuneration, material incentives in order to strengthen the material interest of the Conservatory's employees in increasing labor efficiency, improving the quality of services provided and growth of qualification;
6. Timely and qualitative reporting on the execution of income and expenditure estimates for the Conservatory's maintenance;
7. Control of compliance with labor legislation, resolutions, orders and other regulations of higher organizations on labor organization and wages;
8. Achieving key performance indicators of its processes;
9. Monitoring and analyzing the management system within the competence of its processes against the requirements of ISO management standards, and providing this data to the Conservatory's management;
10. Implementation of the management policy in the area of quality management, anti-corruption and other effective management systems;
11. Formation of a corporate anti-corruption culture;
12. Achievement of departmental improvement goals in the area of quality management systems, anti-corruption management system and other systems implemented in the Conservatory.
