The main directions of activity of the Documentary Support Department:

1. Ensuring a uniform order of organisation and record keeping in the Conservatory's structural subdivisions, unification of document forms, creation of samples of the Conservatory's documents;
2. Organisation of office work in accordance with standards and normative-methodical documents. 3;
3. Organisational and methodical management of work with documents in structural subdivisions. 4;
4. organisation of control over the timely execution of documents in accordance with the resolutions of the Conservatory management;
5. Drawing up a consolidated nomenclature of the Conservatory's files, control over the correct formation and execution of files in the structural subdivisions;
6. Development of normative and methodical documents on record keeping (instructions on work with documents, forms of official documents, unified forms of documents);
7. Registration and accounting of documents, reference and information work on documents;
8. Receipt, registration, accounting, storage and distribution of incoming, sent and internal documents;
9. Operational search and issuance of information on documents;
10. Reviewing and checking the design of documents submitted for report and for signature to the Conservatory management;
11. Allocation of documents with expired retention periods for destruction.
