The recipient of the «Soros-Kazakhstan» Foundation grant for the best scientific work on the modern musical culture of Kazakhstan (2001).
One of the developers of national educational standards of vocational, higher and postgraduate education in the area of specialists preparation in the field of art. An expert in standard programs of vocational, higher and postgraduate education.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
1980-1984 - graduated from Alma-Ata Music College named after P. Tchaikovsky specialising in «Music Theory";
1984-1989 - graduated from the Alma-Ata State Conservatoire named after. Kurmangazyspecialising in "Musicology";
1989-1995 - assistant internship at the Alma-Ata State Conservatoire named after Kurmangazy;

PEDAGOGICAL EXPERIENCE
1995 - 2003 - teacher, senior lecturer, associate professor of the Kazakh music and  folklore department in the Almaty State Conservatory named after Kurmangazy;
2000 - 2003 - held the positions of the dean of the Historical, Theoretical and Piano Department and the head of theEducational and methodical Association of the Conservatory;
2003 - 2008 -  official diplomatic mission to Romania and Czech Republic through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (as a spouse of the diplomat);
2009 - 2018 - Associate Professor of the Department of Music History, Head of the Methodical Department, Vice-Rector for Academic and Methodological Work, Associate Professor of the Department of Musicology and Composition of the Kazakh National University of Arts.
In June 2018, recommended by the chair for the position of professor of Kazakh National University of Arts.
Since July 2018 - Vice-Rector for teaching and methodical work of the Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy.

PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITION, JURY, MASTER CLASSES, TRAINING
An expert of the "Independent Agency for Rating and Accreditation» - since 2018.
Member of the International Council for Traditional Music (ICTM).
In 2013, passed the advanced courses on Modern Pedagogical Technologies "(240 hours) in JSC National Center for Advanced Studies" ORLEU «.
