On February 21, 2024, the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory welcomed an honorary guest from the Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow (Krakow, Poland). Professor, organist, conductor, dr. hab. and Head of the Department of Church Music, Wiesław Delimat, visited Kazakhstan for the first time.

On February 19, 2024, within the walls of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory, an honorary guest from The Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music (Krakow, Poland) was welcomed. 

On February 15, 2024 a working meeting took place between the Vice-Rector
for Scientific and Creative Activities and International Cooperation of the
Conservatory, Galiya Begembetova with the Cultural Attaché of the Embassy of
Italy in Kazakhstan, as well as the Director of the Italian Cultural Institute in
Almaty, regarding cooperation in the field of musical culture Edoardo Crisafulli.

On February 14, 2024, Damir Urazymbetov, PhD in Arts, Associate Professor,
and Editor of the Saryn journal conducted an info-session for teaching staff and
doctoral students of the Conservatory titled "Publications, Scholarly Databases,
and Social Networks".

On February 13, 2024, Sagatbek Kaliyev, Head of the Art Management Department, and Damir Urazymbetov, Head of the International Department, held a working meeting with representatives of the “Almaty Creative” Center for Creative Industries.

On February 14, 2024, at 3:00 PM, an info-session for teaching staff and doctoral students of the Conservatory titled "Publications, Academic Databases and Social Networks" will be held in the conference hall. The speaker will be Damir Urazymbetov, PhD in Arts, Associate Professor, and Editor of the Saryn Journal.

Meeting with representatives of the French Alliance.

By Order of the Chairman of the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 101 dated 01/25/2024, Saryn journal was included in the list of publications recommended for publishing the main results of research activity in Arts and Humanities.

Students of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory arrived to study at the Petrozavodsk Glazunov State Conservatory. During the second semester of the 2023–2024 academic year, they will study under the academic mobility program at the expense of the republican budget.
