On June 11, 2024, the administration of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory met with colleagues from the Belarusian State Academy of Music on joint projects.
On June 3, 2024, a lecture by Dr. Shoyista Ganikhanova, PhD in Arts, Professor of the Music History and Criticism Department at the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan (Tashkent, Uzbekistan), was held in the conference hall of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory.
On May 30–31, 2024, the Gnesins Russian Academy of Music hosted the Summit of Heads of Cultural Institutions of CIS Member States, dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of Yelena Fabianovna Gnesina, the founder of the Gnesin educational institutions.

On June 3, 2024, students of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory returned to Almaty, having completed their studies through the academic mobility program funded by the republican budget at a partner university, the A. K. Glazunov Petrozavodsk State Conservatory.
The International Department of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory announces a competition among first- and second-year students for participation in the academic mobility program funded by the republican budget. The study will take place during the first semester of the next 2024-2025 academic year at partner universities (the tuition is paid. The conservatory covers travel expenses, insurance, and daily allowances for 120 days):

On May 23, 2024, at the initiative of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory, a preliminary online meeting with the leadership of the V. S. Popov Academy of Choral Art took place ahead of the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation.
On April 20, 2024, students of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory took part in a concert dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the cultural and educational center Alliance Française Almaty as part of the Francophone Spring festival – an annual cultural event organized by embassies of various countries.
