The Conservatory 2-nd year student of the "Orchestral Conducting" specialty, Satkozy Mukhtar, gained the SUR PLACE scholarship from the world-famous Konrad Adenauer Foundation.

The year II doctoral student, Asel Imae (Art Management) participated in the offline and online public discussions of the Creative Industries Development Concept for Kazakhstan on September 16 at the Qainar bulak site of AlmaU.

On September 2, 2021, the teaching staff, representatives of the administration and students of Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory took part in the discussion of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan, voiced by the President on September 1 of this year.

The 4th year student of Kurmangazy KNC of the Vocal Art Department Madina Orazabay (class of Associate Professor G.A.Nurgalieva) entered a list of finalists and became  a diploma winner in Elena Obraztsova’s XIII International Competition of Young Opera Singers which was held on August 21 in St. Petersburg in the State Academic Capella. Madina was among the 15 finalists out of 170 contestants of the competition, representing her country with honor.
The competition was held in 3 rounds. The 1st and 2nd rounds were accompanied by a piano and the 3rd round was accompanied by the State Symphony Orchestra of St. Petersburg.

On September 1, 2021, at Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory, a number of meetings were held with the 1st year students of all specialties in order to clarify the format of training in the new academic year.
Deans of four faculties, heads of departments, consultants and advisers also met with 1st year students. They congratulated the students on a significant event in their lives - admission, new status and the beginning of the 2021-2022 academic year, talked about the mixed learning format due to the overhaul in two buildings of the Conservatory.

On August 27, 2021, a round table dedicated to the memory of Uzbekali Zhanibekov was held in Turkestan. The event is timed to coincide with the 90th anniversary of the famous statesman who contributed significantly to the spiritual development of the country.

The Decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 25, 2021 No. 36 On the sanitary anti-epidemic and anti-coronavirus preventive measures in academic institutions during the 2021-2022 academic year.

The 2021 population census will be held online on the SANAQ.GOV.KZ website from September 1 to October 15.
