Students from Petrozavodsk Conservatory Begin Studies at Kazakh Conservatory

On August 31, 2024, students from the partner institution, A. K. Glazunov Petrozavodsk State Glazunov Conservatory (Petrozavodsk, Russia), arrived at the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory to begin a semester of study under the academic mobility program.
Staff from the International Department welcomed the students, Arina Sukhova and Kseniya Snetkova, at Almaty International Airport, accompanied them, and arranged their accommodation in the dormitory. On September 2, 2024, the students visited the Vocal Art Department, where they will be studying during the first (fall) semester of the 2024–2025 academic year. They discussed their individual study plans with the head of the department, Tanagul Beknazarova, and also toured the Conservatory’s buildings and concert halls.
